Bare modules were craned into position by Bovis Lend Lease. Quasar proceeded to fitout two internal rooms, including plumbing of practical sink areas, electrical boards and data, painting, flooring, window coverings and supply of furniture. Externally Quasar enclosed the subfloor, provided the steel awnings, pathways, balustrading, installed recycling water tanks and painting of the works. The project was delivered on program and within budget.
