This facility functions as The Ponds Community Hub and is the living heart of the new residential precinct, Second Ponds. The design incorporates many ESD initiatives to achieve both a 4.5-star AGBR and a 4-star Green Star Rating. The project complies with the new Section J - Energy Efficient Provisions of the BCA (Building Code of Australia).
