This iconic development has transformed a lifeless heritage
site into a vibrant, cosmopolitan and retail mecca.
Opening to much media fanfare in October 2016, with the directive
of delivering a European style open market place to the Inner West
of Sydney, as the project objective, Quasar were engaged to create
a Sydney.
Australian Institute of Architects
Won the 2017 AIA Commendation for Commercial Architecture.
Won the 2017 AIA Lord Mayor's Prize
National Trust of NSW
Won the Heritage Award for Adaptive Re-use from the National
Trust of NSW 2017.
